Agencies update host-state loan-to-deposit ratios
The federal banking agencies today issued updated host-state loan-to-deposit ratios that they will use to determine compliance with Section 109 of the Riegle-Neal Interstate Banking and Branching Efficiency Act. Oklahoma stayed at 86% in the ratios released, same as last year, although a 10% jump from 2023. Section 109 prohibits banks from establishing or acquiring branches outside their home states …

Adjustments made in electronic title administration
After meeting with stakeholders, Service Oklahoma is adjusting how electronic titles will be administered when the transition begins next month. To accommodate dealer business needs, paper titles will now be issued by default during initial title transactions.
