The OBA is currently experiencing issues with email to banks – and any other businesses – that use Proofpoint to identify spam email sources.
At some point earlier this week, Proofpoint mislabeled the OBA’s IP address as being a spam risk and is blocking email to and from any of the OBA’s email addresses. If your bank or business uses Proofpoint, we encourage you or your IT department reach out and clear our emails to your servers.
