Oklahoma issuing redesigned Oklahoma driver license and identification cards

In February, Service Oklahoma announced a new platform for handling driver license and motor vehicle transactions. This upgrade included redesigned driver licenses and ID cards. The new cards are produced using a highly durable material that supports advanced, tamper-resistant features designed to prevent counterfeiting and reduce cracking or peeling over time. Existing Oklahoma credentials will remain valid until their expiration date. The new credential will be issued at no additional cost when a customer renews or replaces their card, with the option to choose either a REAL ID–compliant or non-compliant credential. For a printable graphic showing the new security features click here.
