OBA chairman discusses Dodd-Frank impact during TV interview

Curtis Davidson with Markie Martin of KOCOOBA Chairman Curtis Davidson spoke with KOCO’s Markie Martin Tuesday morning during the weekday morning show on Oklahoma City’s channel 5.

Davidson, who is CEO of First National Bank & Trust in Ardmore, discussed the negative impact of the Dodd-Frank Act on Oklahoma’s community banks and why it’s important to try to ease some of the regulations on banks so they can get back to the job they do best: helping customers.

The interviewed was spurred by the news of President Trump’s recent executive order that called for a closer examination of the impact of Dodd-Frank.
