❚ Format

Sunday reception — Come and go from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at Edgar Bar on the lobby level of The Mayflower Hotel.  However, you’re welcome to stick around and visit with your peers. If you are unable to come to the reception, we will have your name badge ready for you Monday morning.
Monday — All day briefings in the Palm Court Ballroom on the lobby level of The Mayflower Hotel following by the Monday evening reception at Le DeSales.
Tuesday — Board the buses at 8 a.m. All day briefings at the Capitol Visitor Center.

• Be prepared to walk a short distance from the bus to the CVC entrance.
• We will enter through the main CVC entrance located on First Street, directly across the street from the Library of Congress.
• The security checkpoint will be similar to security at TSA. Click here for a prohibited items list at the CVC.
• All attendees must present a government issued photo ID when checking in at the Lower Level Senate Appointment Desk. All attendees will have badges ready for pickup.

Board buses, return to The Mayflower Hotel after adjournment.
