The Regulatory Feedback Initiative (RFI) is an electronic, no-cost, anonymous survey bankers complete after each bank examination, whether a safey and soundness exam or a compliance exam. The idea behind its launch in 2011 is to create a data base that gives first-hand accounts of bank experience with bank regulatory agencies and identify “hot spots” in the field. This data, in turn, will enable bankers across the country to better prepare for an upcoming examination. More than 1,700 bankers from across the country have anonymously submitted feedback on their most recent exams, identifying key issues that are under the regulatory microscope and helping bankers get ready for their next exam in a truly meaningful way. Bankers can request a link to the anonymous and confidential survey at www.allbankers.org.
