On May 22, on our way back from a special board meeting in Cushing, Adrian called me and told me my friend, Jack Mildren, just lost his bout with cancer. My friend and doctor, Nick Knutson, was with him when he died, trying to make Jack as comfortable as possible at the end as Oklahoma was losing a legend. Read More... In a similar fashion, Farm Credit System advocates – and the Farm Credit Administration in particular – sense that a similar possibility for the FCS to expand its base of operation may exist, this time in the form of new rules and regulations.
