Yesterday at a hearing in Washington D.C., credit union advocates suffered a setback when Rep. Ruben Hinojosa (D-Texas) said any expansion of member business lending should be linked to federal taxation for credit unions.

Needless to say, today Congressman Hinojosa is being inundated by criticism from credit union lobbyists.

Please take a minute to send him a quick e-mail thanking him for his comments and supporting his point of view. I would urge you to put the words, "Thank You" in the subject line.
